Brand new, 1 of a kind house 50 minutes from the OBX for families/groups to enjoy without spending a ton of money. We live in the front part of the house while the Airbnb section is in the 2nd half. It is completely separated from our living space as guest have their own private entrance along with soundproof walls and doors. Located a half mile right off Highway 17, we are in the PERFECT location for individuals coming from all different directions. The property is completely separated from everything else with 50 acres of farmland and beautiful scenic views. Don't let this fool you though, we are around 5 minutes away from town, shopping centers, grocery stores, etc. The unique "Barn" look is one of a kind in the area with plenty of room for parking. We also have a huge patio area with 2 outdoor showers and a 6 hole putt putt course with TV and a scoreboard. Ask about our HUGE Baseball/Softball Hitting Facility along with humongous space for guest to hangout in. This is located right behind our house/Airbnb. 2 bathrooms, kitchen, couches, chairs, 7 TVs (98 and 85 inch). This is a SEPARATE FEE from the Airbnb but very reasonable price if open or available. Please ask for more info on this very cool setup where guest can just hangout in!! I realize how important family time is and the cost of things these days which is one of the reasons why I do this. Family and friends are a big part of my life and this provides me the opportunity to see them more often. When they are not in town, this house can be used by families from all over without having to stress about paying a ton of money. This is the perfect place to stay for a very reasonable price that offers several things other places can not. This place is also great for the ones who are traveling to the Outer Banks and want to get that extra day of vacation without having to burn a vacation day on the road all day. We are only an hour away and great opportunity for families big or small to stay, get up early, and beat the traffic to enjoy an extra day at the beach. We even had some groups stay here the whole week or weekend and commute back and forth to save money on the overpriced rates the beach offers.
