Ocean Breeze - Modern, Studio Suite (5)

A small but discreet resort, set in a peaceful, green location very near a clean beach. Owned and managed by a British/Filipino family we are family entrepreneurs who try to bring quality to all we do. The space We are 50m from the beach and about a 5 minute walk to the highway. It's a quiet location with many expat residents. You'll wake to bird song and the sound of the waves. You can swim, surf or kayak from our beach or relax and watch the outstanding sunsets (my photos are not photoshopped!). The famous surfing area of Urbiztondo is a 10 minute drive away with it's international bars, restaurants, surfing tuition and noise! We are in a restoration period right now, having been battered by two typhoons in the last few months. So, not everything in the resort is complete and that's why are rates are very low at the moment. Please be aware that development and beautification of the grounds in ongoing. All guests can use all of the facilities. Guests can also use our private access to the beach and the beach huts with toilet and shower and BBQ / recreation area. Guest access We have a commissary selling drinks, cold beer, snacks etc. The Restobar serves breakfast for all guests and dinner is available too. There is a coffee corner and a bar which offers beers and spirits and a small range of cocktails. Darts, games tables and a TV showing music videos etc. During your stay We are around most of the time, between 8am - 8pm. Other things to note * Tea, coffee and snacks and beers, water and soft drinks are for sale from our commissary or in the Restobar, 8am - 8pm. * Sofa beds are available in all suites. Please note though, the sofa beds are only suitable for children/smaller guests. * The Air conditioner operates on its own electric meter. The meter will be read on check-in and check-out and guests will pay the rate of P17Kwh.
