Great restaurants, walking distance to water fire and PPAC and RI convention center. Walk to RISD, JWU, Brown. There is no onsite parking. Local parking rates are approx $25.00 per night. Street parking is available in front of the building during the day and evening hours. The space Very unique building. The historic Arnold building has huge windows and high ceiling make for an open airy loft feel. Sleeps 6 comfortably. The unit is on the second and third floor of a three story walk up. There is no elevator in the building. The unit is accessible from both the second and third floors. Guest access Entrance is a common staircase . there are 2 other one bedroom apartments in the building.Guests have access to a full 2 story townhouse with three bedrooms. one on the second level and two on the third. All rooms have a city view. Other things to note This is a newly renovated property. Please note that images you find online are photos taken before we owned the building and did a complete historically approved renovation in and out.
