A huge, very comfortable duplex apartment with lots of character and original features situated in a historic converted church in South Liverpool! Free parking, excellent transport links to the City Centre via bus or 15 minute train ride and Liverpool Airport close by. The apartment is well stocked & perfect to use as a base to stay in a quiet south Liverpool suburb. The space The main open plan kitchen/living area benefits from comfortable couches, a 55 inch HD TV (with Virgin Media subscription) and an extendable dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster etc. All utensils and pots and pans etc for cooking at home are provided. If you need anything else, don't hesitate to ask. There is also a LIDL supermarket 5 minute walk away!! Upstairs the master bedroom is absolutely huge and very light and airy benefiting from a comfortable king size bed and a large couch which folds out to a double sized sofa bed. This room may not be suitable for people who need pitch black conditions to sleep in as there are no curtains on the main window (which is not overlooked). The space was previously used as an art studio with exposed floorboards & pipes on show. Another double bed is provided in the cosy second bedroom which is kitted out with fitted wardrobes for all your luggage. Two bathrooms are located on the ground and first floor with toiletries provided: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel as well as cotton towels & bath mats. Guest access Guests can use the outdoor seating in front of kitchen doors & all of the property (apart from the locked third bedroom and understairs cupboard full of cleaning materials) . Other things to note -Apartment is in a residential building and thus we expect respect for our neighbours and strictly no unannounced guests and excessive noise between 22:00-08:00 -Check in is from 3pm and check out is 11am. Check in/out time can be negotiable depending on whether we have guests leaving or arriving that day. -The external gate must always be kept closed. TOWELS & LINEN - We provide all fresh bed linen (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases) & Towels.
