This is not a section of the owners home, it is entirely seperate. Our guests value quiet privacy in a sparkling clean unit. Your home away from home with no owners clutter. Many busy visiting professionals and academics as well as tourists call this spot home for days, weeks or even months. Large, sunny and light filled Studio styled space with full kitchen, 5 star bathroom, laundry and large storage / seperate mud room, comfy L shaped couch. Wall mounted TV. Desk to work on. Everything to make this your home away from home. Washing machine and private clothes line and drying rack. Owner lives on site at the front of the property but your privacy is respected and there is full screening between the house and the unit. Lamont St, is regarded as one of the Premier, quiet streets, in Invermay the suburb that borders the CBD . Featuring houses only on 1 side of the street and a short stroll to Heritage Park. The other end of the street puts you on “the strip” of Invermay Road. Free unlimited street parking in front on entrance path. No steps. Guest access Solo use of the Studio and the paved seating area at the front of the unit. Other things to note Quiet neighbourhood, quiet, house proud booked non smoking guests only on site. There are Cafes, restaurants and pubs to entertain in within 10 minutes walk. The entire property inside and out is non smoking. The Studio is entirely seperate from the house, separated by a high white picket fence and a rose trellis. The front house is either occupied by me or other Airbnb Guests. A start up range of teas and coffee are provided, Swamp Cafe and Manu Bakery less than 5 mins walk, Restaurants and Cafes are also within 10 mins walk and there is a IGA and Bottle shop, fish and chips just around the corner on Invermay Rd.
