Featuring a private and seperate space with a Super King bedroom, bathroom, laundry and seperate lounge with TV and kitchenette. Situated on a farmlet with cattle and sheep, you will love the country feel that is peaceful and quiet (with no street lights to keep you awake!), yet only minutes to shops, restaurants and amenities. The space Is seperate from the rest of the house with your own entrance. It includes a lounge with two couches, a coffee table and wall mounted TV. The kitchenette features a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster with tea, coffee and continental breakfast available. A breakfast table and chairs completes this space. The bedroom is spacious with a Super King bed and the bathroom has a toilet, shower, heated towel rail and handbasin. The laundry features a tub and washing machine. There is plenty of secure off-street parking. Guest access All guests have access to the swimming pool area - to be shared with the hosts when we are home
