In our beautiful and very modern apartment with balcony, you live practically centrally to the city center, university hospital, Bavarian train station and the "Karli". The space We have newly refurbished a spacious 2-room apartment with about 65 sqm for you. With a lot of attention to detail, it offers you enough space to feel good, relax or even the opportunity to be in the action quickly. Right outside the front door you will find a tram stop in the immediate vicinity with optimal transport links to the Bavarian station, central station and the center of Leipzig. You are about 30 minutes (2.5 km) on foot to the city center. The Bavarian train station and the university hospital are within 15-20 minutes' walking distance. In the neighborhood you will find some shops, snacks and restaurants. The Südmeile Leipzigs – KarLi for short – is about 400 m away from you. It is known for its many small shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Here everyone will find what their heart desires. Be it the individual shopping tour, the sunny coffee in the afternoon or the cozy red wine with musical accompaniment in the evening. The colorful hustle and bustle in the street invites you to linger until the night. For our guests, the ideal opportunity in the evening to fall directly into their bed without long distances. The apartment is on the comfortable ground floor, so you are free from any hauling of luggage, shopping, etc. The apartment is designed for a total of max. 4 people and has a practically furnished living room/bedroom with a cozy double bed and adjoining kitchen with dining area. In addition, the apartment has another separate bedroom with a large double bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, so that in addition to the numerous restaurants you also have the possibility of self-catering. The super modern and spacious bathroom has a bathtub and a walk-in rain shower. Fresh towels and linens are of course included. Please let us know in good time if and what else you need for your children. A high chair or a travel bed (incl. bedding & mattress) can be provided by prior arrangement. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house on the right side. At the middle door with the name "Heimatnest" you have arrived correctly :-) The entire apartment with private balcony is for your sole use. Other things to note You can check in flexibly at any time after 3 pm independently via key safe.
