Welcome to my modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home at the gateway of the Adelaide Hills. Situated in the Bluestone development in Mount Barker, my modern, open plan, fully equipped home with a landscaped backyard and deck is yours to relax in and enjoy. - 5 minutes from central Mount Barker - 35 minutes from the heart of Adelaide city - 20-60 minutes to a number of major wine regions - 15 minutes to popular tourist hills town, Hahndorf - 45 minutes to the beach town of Goolwa The space Spacious, modern-layout, which will comfortably home up to 6 people for your stay. Fully-furnished, with glass sliding doors leading out the back of the house onto a deck, and landscaped backyard. The kitchen includes all utensils, pots and pans, frypans, juicer, panini-press, toaster, kettle, gas stovetop, electric oven with grill, Nespresso Coffee pod machine, and the all-important dishwasher. Inside the House - 65 inch television with use of Netflix, Apple TV, YouTube and Free to Air - Bluetooth speaker system - Wifi throughout the house - Split system air-conditioning/heating Outside the House - Deck with table and chairs for 6 people - Gas BBQ - Canopy 'cocoon' outdoor bed - Adjustable umbrella King Room - King Sized Bed - Ensuite with shower and toilet - Storage drawers - Hanging space - Vanity table Queen Room - Queen sized bed - Chest of drawers - Hanging space Sofa Room - Comfortable sofa bed couch (double) - Shelving for items Bathroom 2 Three areas that include: separate toilet, washbasin/vanity area and three-quarter sized bathtub and shower Laundry Washing machine and dryer Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, except for the King Room walk in wardrobe (hanging space and drawers available) and the garage. You can park on the driveway if you wish, however it is quite steep. There is plenty of off street parking right in front of the house on our quiet street. Other things to note This is my beloved home and I kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect, just like I would coming into your home. This house is located in a quiet street of a newly-established development, so I ask that you do not have any large parties and keep the noise to an acceptable level for the area. My neighbours are close by and our street prides itself on being a quiet and friendly area so please respect that. Please note that the property is non smoking.
