The Cozy Condo Walking distance to Downtown

The Cozy Condo is located just minutes from downtown Rome. It’s walking distance to many restaurants, the Local YMCA, and shopping . It’s a great spot to come sit by the fire and relax, or great for those adventurous types looking to explore all that Rome has to offer. The space The private master bedroom has its own bathroom with a stand up shower. There is also a wood burning fire place in the room, and wood can be provided upon request. Guest access All guest will have access to the kitchen, living room, and patio areas. During your stay I live at the condo, so I can be as inter active or reclusive as you prefer me to be. Other things to note We do have a sweet little kitty who lives inside just in case you are allergic, but we do our best to keep our cat out of the guest room.
