The room

I welcome you to my house, two bedrooms and a bathroom are reserved for you. Common areas Outside: a large flower garden, a vegetable garden, three beehives, two dining areas and a relaxation area, sun loungers and garden furniture. Inside: a dining room with a foosball table, books, comics and magazines and the kitchen are the shared spaces. Parking is available for your vehicle in the property. The space The atmosphere of the house is warm, in summer you will enjoy a lush garden where the song of the birds will delight you. Villeneuve-sur-Yonne is a medieval city located in the north of Burgundy between Sens and Joigny, 1.5 hours from Paris and 2 hours from Dijon. Having lived there for 30 years, we enjoy, like our guests, the particularly quiet location of the house. A stone's throw from the center and promenades, you can walk or bike to restaurants, shops, ponds and hiking trails. Guest access Private access for guests: 2 bedrooms + bathroom. The 2 bedrooms are reserved for the same group or family only. 2 double beds 140 wide. Other things to note If you want to enjoy the restaurants of Villeneuve or its surroundings, it is important to book as early as possible, please let us know so that we can best advise you. On request and subject to availability, you can book the table d'hôtes.
