Old rectory with views and pool, bedroom 1

This villa is a unique and charming old rectory located in L'Alt Empordà. It has a garden with wonderful views of the Pyrenees. There is a barbecue area, pergola, swimming pool, and some garden furniture. Inside you can enjoy its spectacular dining room, two lounges, a projection room where you can enjoy movies, upstairs terrace with amazing views, and cozy equipped kitchen. This room, which is for rent with one more room, has a beautiful view on the village church, and a bathroom just near it. The space The house is charming, quiet and with an eclectic decor that includes mostly vintage French and Spanish pieces. Guest access There is plenty of parking space in the village, just steps from the house. During your stay I am fully available for any questions throughout your stay, by WhatsApp or phone. Other things to note There is a friendly dog on the premises. She sleeps indoors. Please note that often both rooms are rented and you will share the kitchen and pool with up to two more guests.
