Haiyan SKY is located on a hill overlooking the Dongdaemun area. Public transportation access is convenient, but there is an uphill walk of about 5 minutes to reach the property. Street parking is available nearby, making luggage transfer relatively easy. 2. Haiyan SKY offers exclusive use of the entire second floor. The first and second floors are completely separated, and no spaces are shared with other guests or the host. 3. To respect neighbors’ privacy and reduce noise, please keep terrace use quiet after 8:00 PM. 4. Climbing onto terrace railings or structural elements is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. 5. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please refrain from loud noise outside the accommodation, especially during nighttime hours. 6. Soundproofing materials have been installed in the flooring; however, excessive foot noise or running may still be transmitted to the lower floor. We kindly ask for quiet use, particularly late at night. 7. Eating is not permitted inside the bedrooms, but is allowed in shared common areas. 8. Please remove your shoes upon entering the accommodation. (This follows typical Korean household customs.) 9. All indoor areas of the property are non-smoking. If smoking indoors is detected, a penalty of KRW 300,000 will be charged. 10.
