Recently renovated to the highest standard, the property offers luxury accommodation within walking distance to the renowned gastropub, The Goshawk and train station, offering a service to Chester within 10 min. The space *** Please note this listing is in a small, quiet village. Due to this - and in respect of our neighbours- this rental is not suitable for parties or for groups of people wanting to be up late into the night. We have a strict cut off of 21:00 for outside noise levels/ music to be stopped. Thank you *** The property benefits from: - hot tub - bbq - underfloor heating throughout - bespoke kitchen - built-in drinks fridge - boiling hot water tap - Nespresso coffee machine - fibre broadband - equestrian facilities e.g. menage, stables (on request) - 3 acres land - large yard for parking - landscaped gardens The property is very child friendly (if you have any requests for toys, books etc let us know). In respect of our neighbours, we have a very strict noise and music policy that must be adhered to. Music must not be played outside after 9pm. Guests must be considerate of their noise levels. Houses with young families are nearby. We have a strict no smoking policy (including the grounds), please respect this. There are 3 acres of land to explore (including our miniature shetland pony; Dougie who will always welcome a carrot) Well behaved dogs welcome; £10 per night per dog. We ask that any dog poo is picked up and disposed of prior to check out. With regards to the hot tub; as part of our commitment to the enhanced clean, we will be changing the hot tub water and fully sanitising the hot tub between bookings.
