SPECIAL $135 per night! Superb, modern and quiet, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom guest bungalow in Venice. Private entrance and parking space. Great indoor / outdoor living in a great location 1 block from Whole Foods and Rose Avenue, the new “place to shop, eat and have fun” in Venice. All Utilities, WiFi, Linens & Towels, and Parking are included in the rental. The space Cement floors, open plan kitchen, living area with double doors to enclosed patio with additional seating and table for outdoor dining. There's a chair and TV in the living room and two bar stools at the kitchen counter. Fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances - refrigerator, convection oven, 6 burner stove and built-in microwave. The bedroom has a standard full-size bed, plus a blue sofa that converts to small double bed/large single, extra storage, TV and Air Conditioning. There's a closet with full-size washing machine & dryer. The bathroom has large glass shower and pedestal sink. A door from the bedroom leads outside. The property is completely perimeter fenced with private outdoor area and lounge chairs, lush foliage, driveway gate and secure space for 1 car. Great location 1 block from Whole Foods and Rose Avenue, the new “place to shop, eat and have fun” in Venice. There are two properties on the lot - a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home at the front of the property (accessed from Flower Ave) and this guest cottage in the back with its own separate access via the public alley. There are no shared or communal space or grounds, each has its own patio and outdoor area. Both are completely private and separate from each other. Book together to accommodate up to 8 guests, or separately. The 3-bedroom main house can be seen here in my listings. NOTE - the guest house does not have an address. It's accessed from an alley. We strongly recommend you have a car, because there isn't an address to give to Uber, Lyft or Taxi. All Utilities, WiFi, Linens & Towels, and Parking are included in the rental. PLEASE NOTE: We only accept 2 or 3 night stays when booking in the next few weeks. We have a 5 night minimum From March through September Mid-Stay Cleaning required (once per month): $125 per cleaning. These can be arranged at your convenience. Rates based on 2 guests. $25 per night extra for 3rd guest. All Guests are required to sign and agree to our House Rules at check-in. - We are a bona fide corporate housing company - Other things to note All Utilities, WiFi, Linens & Towels, Parking are included in the rental. All Guests are required to provide Government issued Photo ID at check-in. All Guests are required to SIGN and AGREE to Property & House RULES at check-in. HOUSE RULES: - No Smoking - No Parties - No Pets - No Noise Disturbances - No Unauthorized Guests - Maximum Occupancy 3 - First and Last names of all Occupants required, including children. - Guest is responsible for returning ALL Keys and Gate Remotes $200 replacement fee for each item lost or not returned. - Guest is responsible for leaving the property in the same condition at time of check- out as it was at check-in. - NO Garbage left outside. ANY SMOKING, UNAUTHORIZED PETS, DISTURBANCE TO NEIGHBORS, OR ANY VIOLATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND PROPERTY RULES WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1,500 Mid-Stay Cleaning required on stays of 3 weeks or longer at $125 per cleaning.
