The bedroom has a standard full-size bed, plus a blue sofa that converts to small double bed/large single, extra storage, TV and Air Conditioning. There's a closet with full-size washing machine & dryer. The bathroom has large glass shower and pedestal sink. A door from the bedroom leads outside. The property is completely perimeter fenced with private outdoor area and lounge chairs, lush foliage, driveway gate and secure space for 1 car. There are two properties on the lot - a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home at the front of the property (accessed from Flower Ave) and this guest cottage in the back with its own separate access via the public alley. There are no shared or communal space or grounds, each has its own patio and outdoor area. Both are completely private and separate from each other. Book together to accommodate up to 8 guests, or separately. The 3-bedroom main house can be seen here in my listings. NOTE - the guest house does not have an address. It's accessed from an alley. We strongly recommend you have a car, because there isn't an address to give to Uber, Lyft or Taxi. All Utilities, WiFi, Linens & Towels, and Parking are included in the rental.
