Quiet piece of paradise on the North Coast. Lovely for both nature lovers and suburban living. It is a 1 min drive down to the beach and lagoon. The lagoon is known for the kite surfing school. The beach and lagoon are popular for kite surfing and fishing. Location is stunning for holiday. The suburb is also very close to the main business districts of Umhlanga (10 to 15km away) and Ballito (15 to 20km away). Umdloti is 5km away and central Durban is about 35km away. Airport is 5 to 10 km away. The space This is a friendly, cosy, but elegant modern 1 bedroom flatlet. The finishes are a mix between modern and delicate antique. The apartment is situated above the main house with its own entrance and private balcony with stunning sea views from every part of the living area. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with its own seating areas for your private use. The bathroom has a private shower. The bathtub is a Jetbath and there is an extra charge to use the Jetbath. Cost is R100 per night. The lounge area has a sofa and several seating chairs. The kitchenette is a basic setup. Both the lounge and kitchenette area is shared space. We are here to assist, to ensure your stay is a memorable one. There is also a business center facility on the premises which is shared space, for our business travelers. We are less than 10 minutes away from the airport and therefore our place is perfect for the business traveler. Guest access The main bedroom is private. The lounge area, the diningroom and kitchenette area, including the reading areas are full shared access (although mostly quiet with very little intrusion from the hosts). You will have a good amount of privacy in the apartment. During your stay There will always be someone on site to assist if you need help. Transport to and from the airport, including site seeing can also be arranged, with prior notice, at an additional charge. Other things to note Breakfast can be included at an extra charge of R50 per person per day. Special arrangement and advanced notice is required for breakfast. Teas and coffee is provided at no charge. Kindly let the host know if you require breakfast. Wifi is 1 Gig per day and may not always be provided. The Business centre has its own rules concerning wifi arrangement. There is an additional cost of R100 per day, should you wish to use the Business centre (Includes coffee, wifi and basic printing). There is an additional cost of R100 per day to use the hot tub/jacuzzi Jetbath, in view of the size and water/electricity cost. Additional costs may be EFT-ed prior to arrival or arranged on site.
