Caravan Millie! Wi-Fi and smart tv

🔆Cosy Vintage 1974 Caravan with smart tv Netflix & YouTube no free to air channels 🔆Private access, parking in front of Van. 🔆We have 2 small dogs, if you are scared of dogs-don’t book 👻 🔆Swimming pool but it’s not heated 🔆Guest Toilet & bathroom is at the back of our house approx 20 steps away from van with access 24/7 🔆The caravan isn’t big! 15ft so only suitable for two people 🔆Don’t expect early check in. Sometimes I can.. 🔆No cooking in van, NO smoking! 🚭 like a hotel room.. The space We are 5 minutes by car to inner City Ipswich. Bus stop right out the front of house. Beautiful water park and boardwalk by the river for kids and relaxing 3kms away. Riverlink shopping centre 20 minute picturesque walk across the bridge. You have the Caravan to yourself which is nice for privacy and your own access to come and go through a single side gate. The caravan has WiFi, Netflix, and YouTube small tv, no free to air channels, fridge, kettle, toaster, smoothy blender and microwave. We provide, tea, coffee, milk, jam, Vegemite and natural museli. Towels, linen and basic toiletries provided. Large rustic landscaped backyard, you might see lizards in the garden and lots of birds including kookaburras You will hear frogs and birds and you might see the odd cockroach inside the house. We have bait down but we still get one here and there. If you’re not comfortable with the odd insect this is not the place for you. Guest bathroom and toilet is at the back of the house yours to use exclusively not shared. We have our own ensuite bathroom and toilet Laundry facilities downstairs, with washing machine, no dryer. We are a very relaxed family home, we aim to allow guests to feel they have their own space, we are here for a chat if guests feel like it, and of course respect that some guests prefer privacy and rest. We are a busy little family, I love going to the gym and there’s always a few half finished renovation projects in and outside. We’ve been hosting for 7 years now and still love it 🥰 We’ve met so many lovely people and really enjoy sharing our little van for the happy traveler! Guest access The Caravan is exclusively yours to use! :) it contains beds and kitchenette. Guest bathroom and shared toilet in the house (at the back) and laundry facilities downstairs. You’re welcome to swim in the pool and have a wonder through the back yard. Children must be supervised at all times though. Please let us know if your kiddos are having a swim and please be with them at all times while in or near the pool. No early check ins or check out more than an hour and only if available. No cooking in the van only microwave, kettle and toaster. Please understand this is important because I don’t want it smelling like fried food and the mess it will create. Other things to note Just a note, the caravan is old and is obviously outside, so it is in nature similar to camping! So if you’re scared of a couple of ants or a little spider this is not the place for you. Also our house is old and although we have sprayed the house and have bait, you might see the odd cockroach or gheko. If that’s not ok with you please don’t book! :) Our smallest dog Matilda is a very nervous especially with new people so don’t pat her. She will come to you once she knows you are not a threat. Please do not ask for late checkouts more than an hour. Please do not ask for early check in’s more than 1hr 🩷
