It accommodates up to 4 people, a great terrace, and direct beach access :) Very well located apartment, on the beachfront of the Mediterranean Sea, just 50 meters from the Mar Menor, with an excellent bathing area. The space It consists of two spaces that can be independent, through a system of blinds, which allow one environment to be isolated from another. The two spaces are physically separated by a step. At the top is the bedroom with two 90 cm beds with viscoelastic mattresses. In the lower part is the living room, which has a chaise longue sofa, which converts with a simple movement into a 150 cm bed, a good place to relax, read, enjoy the views or enjoy a movie or your favorite series. The kitchen has a washing machine, microwave/grill oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, manual juicer, toaster, blender, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, tablecloths, children's glasses, and other kitchen utensils. We have toilet paper, kitchen towels, oil, salt, coffee, sugar and a small welcome gift of water and tea. The sofa has a chest where the pillows and other bedding that is not on the beds are stored. The beds have sheets, comforters, duvet covers, pillows, and towels. In the bathroom there is a closet with toilet paper and a first aid kit. In the chest of drawers there is a hair dryer and a heater for the bathroom, in case it is needed in the winter months. In the house there are 3 tables: one for the terrace with 2 chairs, another that can be folded in the living room with 2 more chairs and another low one that is great for children to eat or be entertained playing, the latter has 2 small chairs for children. On the terrace you will find a large outdoor clothesline, and in the house another folding clothesline. The sofa turns into a bed by pulling two ribbons that are on the front, very easily, simply by pulling gently. In the chest are the duvets and the sofa's bedding. The shower is non-slip, and is very spacious. It has a lower faucet and a control with an adjustable height bar. The development has a concierge. There are pedestrian areas with benches where you can enjoy the area's tranquility, as well as a square where children can play safely. ONE OF THE STRONG POINTS OF THIS APARTMENT IS THE LARGE PRIVATE PARKING IT HAS (outdoor): - included in the price, since in the summer months it is very difficult to park in La Manga, since many developments do not have parking and outside there is very little space to park. Next to the residential development you will find supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants, take-away food, and even paellas or pizzas to order, souvenir and clothing shops, footwear, bakeries, hairdresser (neighboring residential development, all within walking distance, 1 minute). Cabo de Palos, Marina nature reserve, is 5 km away, you can easily get around by car or bus and in high season by the 'gua gua', a local tourist train. There you can go scuba diving, whether it's your first time or if you're a lover of this fantastic sport, you can go to the Hormigas Islands and dive to a shipwreck (SUNKEN BOATS). There are several diving schools and you can also take an intensive course or enjoy the famous scuba diving baptism. Guest access Located in the Monaco development with direct access to the Mediterranean Sea, it has outdoor showers where you can comfortably remove the sand from the beach. Across the road, just 50 meters away, is Mar Menor beach, both have foot showers for your convenience. In high season, there is a lifeguard station just outside the building. The development has a doorman, pedestrian areas with benches where you can enjoy the area's tranquility, as well as a square where children can play safely. One of the development's strong points is the large private outdoor car park, which is free of charge. Other things to note If I have not been able to register you personally, you will have some official sheets at your disposal. Please fill them out and sign them; one for each guest over 16 years of age. It is mandatory, required by the Ministry of the Interior. Wi-Fi will be upon request and payment, except from June to September. When you leave, empty the cabinets and refrigerator of food scraps (perishable products), and take out the trash from the house. You can leave other unopened things that other guests can use... I'm sure they'll thank you!
