The neighborhood is residential and quiet but lively with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The city center is easily reachable by foot, bus, taxis or river shuttle. The Parc et Musée de la Boverie is a 5-minute walk away, as is the beautiful Guillemins train station. Guest access You have access to the whole apartment as well as a laundry room to wash and dry your laundry (extra charge) and a location for your bike. (Free) Other things to note The apartment is 5 minutes from Guillemins train station. Access to the city center is very easy on foot, bus, taxis, electric scooters or river shuttle. The building is composed of three apartments, two of which are rented through AirBnb. The last apartment is occupied year-round as a residential. It is forbidden to bring other people into the building unless previously requested. Any commercial activity is prohibited in the apartments.
