The guest fully pays for the damage caused to the apartment during the stay. If we find shoe marks on upholstered furniture, the guest is required to buy new furniture. During your stay in the apartment you can order a paid extra cleaning, it is not included in the price. For long stays, all additional individual amenities are purchased by guests at their own expense. A couple of drawers in the room are not available to the guest. The apartment can't accommodate more people than indicated.
