Charming couple house in the heart of Ursvik with lovely terraces outside and cozy feeling inside. Close to green areas with illuminated electric light tracks. A stone's throw from Mall of Scandinavia and Friends Arena. Nice grocery store with manual shopping counter about 1.5 km away. Several restaurants/pizzerias in the area. The space The house is as cozy inside as it is outside. Terasses in all weather conditions allow you to have both morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening in sunshine. If the weather is a little worse, take a relaxed bath in the hot tub and then a warm cup of tea under the infrared heat in the lounge area. The cooler time of year, it's just as cozy to crawl up on the big sofa and watch a great movie on the TV or enjoy a good dinner in comfortable chairs at the dining table!
