PLEASE READ AND VIEW DESCRIPTION OF THE FLOOR PLAN Welcome to your canal-side hideaway in the heart of Amsterdam! 🌷🚲 Stay in a prime location with 2 cozy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and access to a shared garden overlooking the canal. After a day of exploring the city, relax in the garden or unwind in your charming getaway. We can’t wait to host you! Donna The space 🌷 Bedroom 1: Cozy queen-size bed at the front of the building with a private ensuite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet). Note: It can be a bit lively on weekends, but earplugs are provided for your comfort. 🌷 Bedroom 2: Spacious studio with a king-size bed and designer table. Enjoy free breakfast essentials, tea, and coffee. A Nespresso machine, toaster and fridge are available. Due to city bnb regulations, the stove and oven have been dismantled. TV with chromecast available in both rooms. To welcome you, typical Dutch treats will be waiting upon your arrival! 🇳🇱 While Amsterdam is known for its vibrant nightlife, please note that the rooms are located below my private home. Kindly refrain from smoking weed or hosting parties. The entire inside space is non-smoking. You may smoke cigarettes out in the patio, but no weed. Fresh linen and towels are provided for your stay. Guest access 𝗔 𝗰𝗼𝘇𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘆. The front door is shared with us (we live upstairs), as required by local rental regulations. Once inside, you’ll have your 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 with a separate staircase leading directly to the rooms. We respect your privacy and will never come downstairs unless there’s an emergency. For added peace of mind, we offer doorhandles with codes to enter the guest rooms. You’ll have access to the entire lower level and a section of the shared garden to relax after a day in the city. 𝘼 𝙠𝙚𝙮 𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙠 𝙗𝙤𝙭 𝙞𝙨 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙖 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙘𝙠-𝙞𝙣. Other things to note 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼 & 𝗙𝗔𝗤𝘀 – 𝗥𝗶𝗷𝗸𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 🚧Please note: This property is scheduled for a foundation restoration in the summer of 2026. This is a standard procedure for historic Amsterdam canal houses. There may be minor imperfections in the property - all of which will be fully addressed as part of the renovation. 🚽 Toilet: Please only flush toilet paper. Items like cotton buds, tampons, or wipes can block the pump and cause costly repairs. 🚪 Garden door: Lift the door handle to lock and unlock the garden door. 🚫 Visitors: Please don’t answer the door or let anyone in, if you expect visitors let us know. 🕯️ Candles: The candles are decorative—please don’t light them. 📺 Remote: The remote in the large room isn’t available, but you can operate the TV manually in combination with chromecast. 🍳 Cooking: Due to city B&B regulations, cooking on the stovetop isn’t allowed. Instead, I’ve provided cereals and breakfast essentials for you. 🐱 Neighbour’s cat: My neighbour’s cat, Appie, may visit. Feel free to let him in if you like, but if you’re not a fan of cats, just keep the door closed. 🚗 Parking: You can park nearby if you find a spot, but it’s quite expensive. There are several parking garages in the area 🚬 Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside. You may smoke outside on the patio or in the park across the street—𝗻𝗼 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗱, please.
