The independent house is next to the Kaapse Bossen, part of the national park 'The Utrechtse Heuvelrug' with its extensive walking and cycling trails, historic ca. Direct access to the forest from our garden. You may also walk a couple Of minutes to the cosy village centre of Doorn with its shops, traiteurs, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. On the first floor of the house there are two interconnecting bedrooms (each sleeping two) and - if needed - another smaller sofabed in the living room downstairs. There are also numerous activities and sights in close proximity of the house, such as House Doorn - the former residence of the German Emperor -, the village of Amerongen with its castle and gardens, the pittoresque town of Wijk bij Duurstede and the cities of Amerfoort and Utrecht.
