Glenmont Inn-Whole House! Outdoor oasis-Pool,Fire

House is the original on the street, dated 1904. The house was completely refreshed and rebuilt adding an additional 2200 sq feet for a total of 3500 sq feet. 6 beds and 4 1/2 bath. The house is a relaxing Oasis in the city. The backyard has a gas Fireplace, cedar pergola and pool house with changing room. There is a natural gas grill and heated shower. The pool and hotub with another large firepit feature with seating. You really must see to appreciate this 5 star private backyard. The space The entire house has 6 beds and 4 1/2 baths. 3 rooms have their own private baths. 3 bedrooms share a large beautiful bath with deep tub and skylight. There are 2 staircases that allow visitors to have a private stairway up to their rooms. All bedrooms are completely new and refreshed in varying styles. Each has loads of natural light from large windows and privacy from a super treed lot. One guest suite is on first floor near the front and has its own glassed shower in a private bath. The house boasts Sonos music with built in speakers in 4 zones that include a record room, kitchen/dining, living room and then pool and yard. the house also has a very nice separate Gym in a new constructed 9' ceiling basement room. The house is open through 1st floor with 2 entrances and mudroom with closet, storage cubbies, 1/2 bath and exits to backyard and garage. The front of the house has a large porch with 2 porch swings. Just inside front is the record room and #1 guest suite. The kitchen and dining are open with 9' ceiling, plenty of seating and deluxe kitchen with wet bar. The kitchen is outfitted with all the things needed to cook, basics such as olive oil,salt,spices etc. The fridge and frezzer are large and have space for you cooking wants or just leftovers from a local restaurant. The first stair case lead up to master for owner suite and a second that leads to the 3 guest bedrooms upstairs. The living room looks out onto a backyard of beautiful 100 year old grape vine pergola and large blue stone porch. Follow the stone steps to a giant gas firepit that comes with plenty of wood and lots of space to enjoy a night of group fun. Follow the pergola path out to the heated pool 87 degrees that is open till the end of October, Hottub as well. The pool house is an open cedar structure with Gas fireplace and changing room complete with pool towels. You will also find the natural gas grill and all the supplies to make use of it. This backyard area is extremely private and has great flow to the space. Guest access Entire Home and yard Other things to note 3 days is the min stay when weekends are involved. This policy is being tested and only applies in High Season as we try to create room for families who want longer stays. Contact host to discuss this. This only applies in summer but the software cant seem to distinguish that, so contact host. Pool/Hot tub is closed Nov 1st through March. It’s too cold. House rate is discounted for these winter months. Fire pit and Fireplace-close after last guest of the year. Reopen In spring Pets are allowed but dogs are not allowed in the pool. Also, due to a recent event with a guest, we have unfortunately found it necessary to install security cameras around the exterior perimeter of the property for the safety our guests, ourselves, and our property. These cameras will only be monitored in the event of vandalism, theft, or noncompliance to our house rules. Cameras view pool, firepit. . There are no cameras inside.
