The space This is my much-loved apartment and it is set up with everything you could possibly need for your home away from home. It is all yours to enjoy in private. It is a stunning apartment, with lots of light and a beautiful outlook to the garden, with the bird chirping when you sit on the patio. The rooms include: - master bedroom with king size bed, Tempur mattress (honestly the most comfortable mattress!), wall-mounted TV (if you want to Airplay your Netflix or similar, please note no free to air TV on this one), and a built in wardrobe. - study with 2 x study desks, one of which has a monitor that you can plug your laptop into via HDMI to enjoy a bigger screen. It also has a built in robe for more storage! - bathroom with walk in shower, luxurious rainhead shower (and a tap that you can turn on first without having to get wet), toilet and double vanity - second toilet in the powder room - huge walk-in wardrobe/closet with a wall-mounted iron and ironing board. This was a bedroom that I converted into a robe. - hallway storage cupboard - beautifully fitted kitchen, with fridge, freezer, pantry, microwave, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the utensils you could need! I've even left a lot of unopened basic food behind that you are welcome to use as you need. - spacious living area with 6-person dining table, and a comfortable living room with another TV (and Netflix via a Chromecast) - cute patio to enjoy the sunshine, some fresh air and listen to the birds chirping in the garden - access to the well-equipped gym and pool area (shared with other residents) - designer furniture and cool artwork (including some of my own!) all around the apartment Guest access The apartment, patio and car bays are exclusively yours. The pool, gym, garden and outdoor BBQ facilities are shared with the lovely neighbours.
