This studio apartment is in a triplex less than one mile from the beach located in an older neighborhood of single and multifamily homes walking distance to Grand Avenue shops, restaurants and the beach. There is a private deck with distant ocean/sunset views, a full kitchen/bath, off street parking. Apt. features twin beds, free wifi, but no TV. There are two other apartments in the same building, so late night noise is not acceptable. Grover Beach license #STR-0084 Their are 2 twin beds but the sofa is small (like a love seat) so this apt. only sleeps 2 people. We have lived and owned property in the area for years, and we are happy to share information. If you prefer to have your privacy and not hear from us, that is also fine. We do not live on site but are just three blocks away. The Airbnb is near Pismo ( 1.5 miles) Arroyo Grande Village (2 miles) and San Luis Obispo (15 miles). There are farmers markets, hiking, biking, surfing and ocean/beach activities nearby. The beach is a 10-15 min. walk, or you can drive there in a few min.'s and park in a free parking lot. The neighborhood is older with a mix of houses and apartments, i have always found it to be quiet and safe with lots of restaurants, shops and bakeries along Grand Ave which is only a block away. The main Grover Beach bus transit station is 3 blocks away at Ramona Park, and the Amtrak station is 6 blocks away toward the beach. We'd prefer to keep all communication in the Airbnb app., but you can text or call in an emergency. (But we will also reply to mesg.'s asap.) The entrance to the driveway near the sidewalk is high, and if you have a low car you need to go slowly and perhaps at a bit of an angle to avoid scraping the bottom of the car. I have a Prius which is very low, and I make it in fine unless I have more than one passenger or a heavy load. Since we have owned this property for eight years, I have scraped several times but have never sustained damage that had to be repaired. There is plenty of parking on the street if the driveway is being avoided.
