Reverse cycle air-conditioned throughout for your comfort. Own driveway access and off street parking. The space Cotton Tree Cottage contains a queen bedroom, kitchenette, lounge and bathroom downstairs. The upstairs loft has two king single beds and TV area. Fully self-contained with modern furnishings and appliances, unlimited WIFI, and everything you’ll need to enjoy a weekend away, midweek work stay or family visit. The courtyard is a lovely spot to enjoy a cuppa or wine and take in the sunset. The cottage is a seperate, fenced building, adjacent to our home residence. You will have your own private entry and driveway. Off street parking is available for one car otherwise there is plenty of free parking on the street. Guest access You will have access to the entire cottage and front courtyard. The back door leads into our private house yard. We are available if you need anything, however, will respect your privacy - so it’s completely up to you how much interaction you require.
