This wonderful and cozy apartment is located in Salamanca neighbourhood in Madrid. For up to 3 people, here you'll find everything you may need for an extraordinary stay in the city. The space The apartment is divided into a living-room, with couch and tv, a dining-room, a fully equipped open kitchen and one wide bedroom with a double bed (160x200). The apartment also has a bathroom and a sofa-bed. It's a very warm and cozy space ideal for any kind of stay. The apartment has been renovated recently, it is fully furnished and very bright. The house has a balcony, too. The sofa bed in the living room can turn into a second full bed. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. AC and heating in the apartment Other things to note If you're arriving later than 20:00, please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :) Legal registration of travellers according to Decreto 1513/1959 & Decreto 450/1975 For legal reasons, we need the ID information of all travellers over 15 years old.
