We retain the original properties of the machiya by using a lot of wood materials. At the same time, the convenience of the space-using and the modern equipment are well considered in the house, which is not only to meet your occupancy needs, but also satisfy you a comfortable and enjoyable environment. The space The house is two storeys with 70 square meters area, which accommodate a maximum of seven guests, who have whole spaces. The Japanese courtyard designed by the veteran courtyard master through the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors of the living room. In the courtyard, a hand-built bathtub is made of Shigaraki-yaki, known as the six ancient kilns in Japan, which is designated used by the Emperor. Here, you can experience the original and traditional Japan, and also you can feel the ingenuity of combining modern elements with traditional craftsmanship. Let’s take a bath with the sake and enjoy the Japanese courtyard after one day of trip! 【Space】 First floor: [living room・Japanese courtyard・shower room・Japanese style outdoor bath・toilet] ・Advanced borderless tatami brings you a unique experience. ・You can get a straight view of the Japanese courtyard designed by the veteran courtyard master through the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors of the living room. ・The「Shigaraki-yaki」bathtub in the courtyard , hand-built by Japanese craftsmen, enables you to enjoy the view of the courtyard over taking a bath. ・Prepared with simple kitchen appliances including microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle, tableware and teabag for you. ・The toilet is prepared with [TOTO] flush toilet. ・The automatic washing machine is much easier to operate, using it for free during your stay. ・We use the [Daikin] air-conditioner, which is a famous brand and high-efficiency, with both cooling and heating function. Second floor: [two of Japanese tatami bedroom・toilet] ・Prime beddings ensure you a sweet sleep after a day of fun. ・The toilet is prepared with [TOTO] flush toilet. 【Amenities】 ・Simple kitchen: microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, coffee capsules, tea bags, biscuits ・Tableware: bowls, plates, chopsticks, spoons, fruit knives, table knives, red wine glasses, coffee cups, tea cups ・Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bathing bath, towel, bath towel, hair dryer, disposable toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash ・Others: washing machine, hangers, wireless Wi-Fi, disposable slippers, umbrella. 【Bed allocation】 When 1-3 people stay, 1-3 beds would be set on the second floor When 4-5 people stay, 4-5 beds would be set on the second floor When 6 people stay, 4-5 beds would be set on the second floor and 2 beds on the third floor If you have allocation requirements for beds, please contact us in time after booking. If there are no special requirements, the beds will be set according to the above allocation method. 【About cleaning fee】 The cleaning fee paid at the time of booking is 7,000 yen for cleaning after check-out. During your stay, no cleaning service is provided. Thank you for your understanding. If you ask for cleaning service, we would charge you extra. The fee goes as follows Simple cleaning with floor cleaning, toilet cleaning, and garbage cleaning, costs 2000 yen per time. The complete cleaning service takes 90 minutes and costs 7,000 yen per time. Let’s Be neighborly and keep your noise down at night to avoid disturbing our neighbors. 3.Japan is known as its craftsmanship. Therefore, the house is equipped with well-known brand of facilities.
