The area is very well connected: a tram stop is just nearby, allowing you to reach the city center in 5 minutes (3 tram stops) or enjoy a 15‑minute walk. The Apartment: The flat is modern, bright, and fully furnished for a comfortable stay. You’ll find: - Numerous restaurants, cafés, and traditional pubs - Two supermarkets and many local grocery stores close by - Two parks within walking distance - A shopping center nearby The apartment is located on the ground floor, on a quiet residential street parallel to the main tram road, ensuring a calm and peaceful stay both day and night. Additional Information After your reservation is confirmed, we will share a detailed information document including: - Directions to the apartment - Practical tips for Prague - Our personal restaurant and bar recommendations Bed linen and towels (100 × 50 cm) are provided for all guests. If this apartment is not available for your selected dates, feel free to check the availability of our other flats located in the same building. ⚠️ Please note: The Prague city tax of 50 CZK per person per night is not included in the reservation amount and will be collected separately.
