The apartment is located in a quiet area, and constitutes the 2nd floor and attic in a semi-detached house. It is about 105 sqm. 2 minutes away you will find the metro bus that takes you to the city center. Large garden and terrace can also be used freely. Parking space on the property. The apartment has two living rooms and three bedrooms. The sofa bed is located in the attic living room. Shop and hiking trails nearby. We also have Netflix and PlayStation 4 and various games that can be borrowed. Perfect for couples/friends traveling together, or a family with children. The space The district of Heimdal is quiet and suitable for families with children. You can easily get to the center of Trondheim by bus or car. If you love nature, Bymarka with endless hiking opportunities is a short walk away. Guest access You will have access to all rooms in the apartment. Shared hallway with the neighbor who owns the 1st floor of the house. The garden is also shared with those who live on the 1st floor. Other things to note The apartment is homey and has most of what you need. Bathroom is a bit old but works fine. When you enter my apartment you have to climb one flight of stairs, in the stair ledge there is space to put shoes and hang your jacket. A bit of an original hallway. So if you are going to rent from me you shouldn't have any issue climbing stairs. The stairs up to the loft are also a bit low under the roof, so to get up to the loft living room and one bedroom you have to bend a bit. Ps: I and my two children usually live in the apartment.
