Glendawn farm house 3BR

My place is close to Glen Innes. You’ll love my farm house experience because of the tranquility, proximity to town and the outdoors space.Its a big house used to lots of visitors. I have extra single mattresses for kids and families. The cost is $150 per room, per night, add $20 for each extra mattress/linen. Discount for large families and group bookings, pay only $400 per night when you book all 3 rooms. The space There are 3 queen bed rooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom separates rooms 2 and 3. The second bathroom is the shared family bathroom. There are 2 lounge areas both with tvs. Upstairs is my space and therefore private. Guest access Guests have access to shared lounge areas, large family/ kitchen/ living room, the verandah, bedroom, bathrooms and garden areas. During your stay Because our farm house is 10 kilometres out of town I am happy for our guests to be included in the evening meal and breakfast if required. Please give me enough notice and I will set a few extra places at the table. There are fast food/ restaurant and pub options in town if you'd prefer. We live upstairs and I am available for contact by telephone if I'm not at home. Other things to note My Farm house is an easy 10 klms from town and good coffee shops, some restaurants and a good selection of country pubs. The surrounding countryside is very picturesque and offers beauty in every season. We are quite close to beautiful walks and national parks. The town is well equipped with parklands and play areas. We have a very helpful team at the information centre and lots to offer in the local and surrounding areas. Registration Details Exempt
