Comfortable air conditioned room with small, private, fully fuctional bathroom next to it, in a spacious, sunny 100 m2 apt with a view of the Acropolis, Fillopappou and Lycabettus hills. Close to major attractions, public transport and Koukaki, voted as 5th must visit area by airbnb. 23' walk to Akropolis, 15' to Sygrou-Fix metro st. and 3' to bus stops for the seafront and Piraeus port. Nearest beach is less than 8' drive. Small, safe parking available. Coffee/tea, jam, bread, butter gratis. The space Τhe room and bathroom are private. Other spaces are shared. The room is air-conditioned and has a unique bay window that allows you to relax watching the Parthenon. It accommodates two people with comfort. It is furnished with a table with two armchair director, two side tables as well as a mirror and a working desk with chair. So it is more than a bedroom! In the summer you will appreciate the retractable insect screens, the window shutters as well as the ceiling fan. The bathroom is recently renovated and accessible from the room via a corridor. Tiny but convinient. It's got all your need. (notice that the shower is next to the toilet as shown is pictures). The living room is bright and comfortable overlooking a balcony with view of the sea and the Acropolis. In summertime you will love its cool breeze, especially during hot Athenian nights and its stunning view of the Parthenon. In the fully equipped, sunlit kitchen you are invited to use the espresso and filter coffee makers, toaster, oven, fridge, freezer and dish washer as well as all the pans, pots and utensils. Tap water is filtered. Both kitchen and living room are air-conditioned. The entire flat may be available upon request when it is possible (see my other listing) Guest access You will have access to the kitchen and both kitchen balcony and main veranda. Limited access to the living room, mainly when I'm not around, as this is my study area. Normally finding a parking space in front of the house is not a problem but there is a ground floor parking area in the building available for small cars up to 4 m max. During your stay I will be available to provide support for any queries or problems you might encounter. Most willing to share with you the things I know about my neighborhood and my city. Other things to note There is a solar panel on the roof-terrace, so free hot water is available for most of the year. During cloudy days, in winter mainly, you might need to turn on the electric switch for a couple of minutes. It is sign-posted on the switchboard in the hall between the two bathrooms.
