The property features 3 Towers, each with its own lobby, front desk, bell desk, valet service, and heated pool. The buildings are connected by enclosed walkways that run between each Tower's lobby and to the MGM Grand, in this order: MGM Grand > Tower 1, Tower 2, Tower 3 • Less than 1 min walk between Towers • 5-10 minutes walk to the MGM Grand • 10-15 minutes walk to The Strip IN TOWER 1: Pool, Fitness Center • Concierge, Business Center • Essentials Store, Starbucks, Lounge bar IN TOWER 2: Pool, Delights Deli IN TOWER 3: Pool, Fitness Center Just through the walkway to MGM Grand is 'The District' / Grand Pool Complex area, with the Monorail station nearby. Guest access Rent directly through the owner to enjoy access to Signature and MGM Grand resort amenities with NO RESORT FEES (save ~$44 per day). With NO charge for additional guests, groups of more than 2 also avoid Signature's ~$45 charge per extra occupant, per night. Self-parking is available at MGM Grand (fees may apply). Oversized parking is not available. • Valet Parking may reach capacity at peak times. If so, guests may be re-directed to self-parking at the MGM Grand, subject to a fee of ~$15 per day but may be validated at Signature's Front Desk to avoid the fee. There is an indoor walkway from MGM Grand to Signature. • Your room key grants you free access to the pools at Signature and the MGM Grand Pool Complex / Lazy River. Availability may change depending on weather and safety policies. Check Signature and MGM Grand's website for current posted hours. • Pool season is generally between mid March through late October, depending on the weather. At least one heated pool is open year round. When multiple pools are open, the pool in Tower 1 may be designated for 21+ guests only. • Outside food & drink are prohibited at all pools. • Towels are provided at pool and fitness center areas. They can be picked up and dropped off at designated towel stations. • Guests can use amenities in any of the 3 Towers regardless of which Tower they stay in (i.e. pool, front desk, parking). These funds are only charged if you order additional services (such as in-suite dining) or cause damage to the property. You can review any charges to your folio anytime from the room TV menu to verify there are no mistaken fees. Unused funds are released upon checkout. ✱ ADDITIONAL SERVICES are subject to extra charge from Signature, such as: - Room service & special arrangements - Pay-per-view entertainment on the TV - Spa services, pool cabana reservations - Long distance calls on the room phone - Mail deliveries must be picked up from the Concierge, subject to a handling fee based on weight (about $7 per 15 lbs) ✱ RENTALS - All MGM resorts offer wheelchair and scooter rental for a fee (contact the Bell Desk or Concierge for info). Roll-a-way beds, cribs, and high chairs are NOT available. ✱ HOUSEKEEPING EXTRA SERVICES Early Check in Priority Cleaning: $35 Must be scheduled and confirmed with the host. 12:30 PM check-in is the earliest we can guarantee. Earlier than that depends on availability - check with the host the day before or day of arrival. Trash Collection: Free Mid-stay Cleaning: $75.00 Toilet Plunging: $10.00 The condo will be stocked with amenities upon arrival. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs) –– • Are there any hidden / extra / resort fees? No, not unless you order extra services. • Why does the cost change when I select my dates? Room rates fluctuate based on supply and demand. Dates during a weekend or popular event cost more. • Can I get a discount / lower rate? If you find a lower reservation total for a similar property elsewhere, feel free to contact us for negotiation. • What is the difference between booking here vs. through the hotel? This condo is directly managed by the owner. Book here to avoid resort fees while getting access to the same services and amenities as regular guests. However, do note that we use an independent cleaning company that is separate from the hotel, and that daily housekeeping is NOT included. • How far are you from The Strip? The Signature is 0.5 miles from The Strip (~10 minutes walk) • Can I check in early? Early check-in can be authorized for an extra fee if there is availability - inquire with the host. Otherwise, standard check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. If you arrive early, you can still process your check-in, store luggage at the Bell Desk, and request temporary keys to access the pool / fitness center areas if you wish. If you would like to guarantee immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the prior night. • Can I check in late? Yes. The Front Desk in Tower 2 is open 24/7 to check-in arrivals past 10 PM. • Can I check out late? Sorry, but we do not offer late check-out so as to minimize disruption to housekeeping. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. It may be ok to leave around 12:00 PM, but please try to leave before housekeeping arrives. Your room key should deactivate at 11:59 AM on your departure date. After checkout, you can store luggage at the Bell Desk and continue to use your keys to access the pool / fitness center areas for the rest of the day. If you would like to guarantee access to your room until you depart, we recommend booking an extra night. • Can I send mail to the suite? Address deliveries to The Signature at MGM Grand. Be sure to write the recipient's name on the package, followed by the words "Hotel Guest" and their arrival date. The Concierge will hold packages for guest pickup. They charge a handling fee for EACH package based on weight (~$7 per 15 lbs). If you are ordering food / grocery delivery, you will have to meet them at the lobby entrance and have them hand it to you.
