This newer mountain modern first floor Cozen's Pointe condo is located in the Grand Park Development. The spectacular views of Byers Peak and beautiful Elk Creek Meadow from the hot tub make you feel like you are in the middle of nature. If you can pull yourself from the window views and wrap around deck, you'll find that you are actually very close to everything. You are a few minutes drive to world class skiing, hiking, mountain biking, tubing, fishing, golfing, shopping and restaurants. #3782 The space After you walk down stairs to get to the condo, the first thing you will notice are the breathtaking views, followed by the smartly furnished and decorated interior. Cook a gourmet dinner in the fully equipped kitchen (including coffee maker, electric kettle, Crock Pot, blender and toaster oven). Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the flat screen tv or play a board game with your family and friends. Take in the sunset over the mountains from the deck. Sleep comfortably on the new queen mattresses (both bedrooms). If you have kids or extra guests, they will fit easily in the bunk bed (second bedroom) and/or day bed with trundle (master bedroom). Don't forget the new hot tub on the deck! We hope that you will come and enjoy our mountain getaway as much as we do! -This is a perfect condo (1075 sq ft) for families or small groups of friends, but does not allow parties. -Fits 4 adults and 4 children perfectly, but could feel crowded if over 5 or 6 adults. -A happy extended family owns this condo. Thank you! -Our family dogs spend time with us in the condo when we visit, but pets are not permitted with renters.
