A large detached house set in a great location, near to Durham Tees valley Airport, Teesside, North Yorkshire, Durham. I have 4 spare bedroom, all listed separately due to the listing regulations of the site, so it is suitable for small groups or families. The space A large detached property, set in lovely surroundings. Very quiet but ideally located to visit adjoining North Yorkshire or Teesside. 5 minutes from Yarm, a lovely market town. I have 3 spare rooms, with double beds and a twin room. I can rent one, two or all four rooms out. Price is per room. One has an ensuite and sky TV, which is priced slightly higher, and the other three have a shared bathroom. Rest of the house is shared. You would be welcome to use the facilities in the rest of the house, which includes the living room, dining room, the kitchen, conservatory and the garden. You are welcome to cook your own meals. There is also access to a full table tennis table and some gym equipment in the garage. WIfi is available. Plenty of off-road parking. Access to tea, coffee and cereal/toast/yoghurts for breakfast. Guest access You would be welcome to use the facilities in the rest of the house, which includes the living room, dining room, the kitchen, conservatory and the garden. There is also access to a full table tennis table and some gym equipment in the garage. During your stay You can have complete privacy while you stay or you can socialise according to your wishes.
