The apartment is located in a villa with garden, two minutes walk from the nearest beach and the historic center. Part of the garden is reserved for guests, with table and chairs for outdoor dining and loungers to relax and sunbathe. It is a very quiet and sunny area, sheltered from the main road and therefore from the noise of cars and traffic. The space Crossing a part of the garden you get to the apartment. Entering is first the new kitchen, complete with all the appliances (oven, 5-burner, dishwasher, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave) is very spacious and comfortable. Next door is a large living room, with a dining table, sofa, bookshelf, and television. From the hallway you have access to a half bathroom, the master bathroom with shower and bathtub, the storage area and laundry room and the bedroom. The bedroom includes a large deck wardrobe, a double bed, and a walk-in closet. In addition to the double bed there are two pouffles, with the possibility of also using the large sofa for sleeping. In the villa we are a family of 4 people and, working in a furniture store, we are absent for almost all day.
