Apt is on the 3rd floor (considered 2nd floor almost everywhere else in the world) Other things to note The A/C unit is window mounted in the bedroom in one of the 2 windows there, during the summer months only (June thru Sept) and cools the bedroom very quickly, but its small size is not designed to cool the entire apt The large living room (17’x17’) has high ceiling and a ceiling fan with 3 rotations speed, and can be controlled with the remote A/C unit is unmounted from the window outside the summer season to preserve heat by reducing cold air from seeping in
