Close to town but a country feel

Modest accommodation just out of main centre in a pleasant country setting, 5 min walk to town, close to all amenities, short drive to the well known Te Waihou Blue Springs which has a stunning 2hr walk to enjoy, all Waikato river trails close by, Hobbiton movie set 25min, also major tourist towns like Taupo 1hr, Rotorua 40min, Hamilton 45min, Tauranga, Mount Maunganui 45min, even Waitomo caves 1hr 15min. On our property we train horses and rehabilitate some. The space Due to the corona virus we would just like to rest assure our guests that all surfaces, door knobs, light switches etc, bedding and furniture are all disinfectant between guests, We have full kitchen setup for your cooking needs and provide coffee, Tea, bathroom has a shower, Toilet and washing machine, A small well fenced yard to enjoy with a covered area at end of building suitable to put bikes out of weather and be safe. plenty of parking Guest access Guest have access to the house with a back yard, private driveway off road to house. Other things to note We have excellent cell phone reception for all networks. We have a railway line close by the house but most guests do not mind, The house is beside a road that has normal type of country vehicles passing by.
