Newly renovated typical house of the region, totaling a rough +250 sqm space with enough room to host two families(5+4) minimum. A large patio with two customized dining tables(space for 16 people) and a Weber gas bbq. The house is fully equipped for year around living and a fully functional fireplace. For the kids: a trampoline is ready to go! Beach: 9 min. walk The space Kindly note: strictly no parties or youth assemblies nor smoking or pets allowed. Cleaning service is provided and included in the price as you can see. One room and the walk-in closet will remain closed(private) for guests. You break it = you pay for it. Please remember to bring bed linen, pillows, sheets and towels for all people attending. We are not providing soap etc. There are two extra IKEA foldable beds available if needed: again please remember to bring pillows, sheets, blankets etc in order to be complete for all people spending the night. Also required: dishbrush, detergent, cloth, etc for the kitchen. Guest access All parts of the house except 1 room downstairs and the walk-in closet upstairs. We do not provide detergent for dishwasher or laundry machine. If the gas bottle for the gas BBQ is empty, then you need to refill it at the local gas station(6 minute drive to Tappen...). Other things to note Cleaning of house is mandatory prior check out and will be monitored. There is cleaning material available in the house.
