Baudin Beachouse

Welcome to my home in Baudin Beach, Kangaroo Island. Inspired by my love of travel, nature and the beach; this two bedroom home is the perfect space for you to relax and feel at home. Located a 10 minute drive from the ferry terminal in Penneshaw, Baudin Beach is a secluded town surrounded by wildlife & nature. The space The home features two bedrooms - the master bedroom with a queen size bed and the second bedroom with a double bed. There is an ensuite bathroom (towels provided) and also a second toilet. You will have a modern, fully equipped kitchen to use, including a Nespresso coffee machine with pods. There is a new smart TV with access to a provided Netflix account. There is also a heater/air conditioner in the living area. The open kitchen/lounge area flows into a large, fully enclosed backyard featuring a BBQ/outdoor entertaining area, perfect for summer nights outside. Guest access You will have full access of the house, with the exception of a few locked cupboards. Other things to note Baudin Beach is a quiet little suburb located 10 minutes from the township of Penneshaw. Please note that there are no shops in Baudin Beach, but the supermarket in Penneshaw is open from 8am-8pm 7 days a week. You will be provided with cooking oil, salt and pepper, long life milk and coffee pods. The house runs solely on rainwater, which is safe to drink.
