The building has an elevator. The apartment consists of a foyer, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with kitchen appliances and accessories in the bathroom and the bedroom is complete with a new bed linens, towels and toiletries. The windows of the apartment are two sided- they have both views on the street side and to the cozy yard. The apartment is very bright, spacious and comfortable. It also has Wi-Fi access. There are many food shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, and all are two minutes walk from the apartment. Also on the other side of Khanjyan str. there is the circular park with numerous summer cafes and entertainment attraction for children. The apartment is also very suitable for budget travelers and the main advantage of this apartment is its location as it is located in Downtown Yerevan. If u need to buy some souvenirs or gifts that will remind you about your nice trip in Yerevan, you don’t need to go too far, all you need to do is to cross a small street to get to Vernisage. There is no need to use transport, the entire city center is just a short walk from the house. Nearby is the Northern Avenue and Abovyan, where you can stroll through the brand stores, and then go to France square where the Opera House and Mashtots Avenue are, throughout your walk to Opera, you will find numerous shops, museums, cafes, restaurants , bars, pub-clubs, etc. If you need to get out of the city center you can take a taxi which is very cheap in Armenia.
