It has terrace with shade from the sun, BBQ, fan, outdoor shower, 2 sun chairs. There is also a garden with children’s playground with swings. Parking is available in front of the suite. The space Ground floor modern apartment with 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Modern kitchen is fully equipped. Terrace with sea view offer comfortable sitting and shade from the sun. Below the terrace children’s playground with swings and other fun toys will keep your children amused while you enjoy a coffee and a good book or some cocktails around sunset. Traditional stone built BBQ is in the garden, rain and wind protected, celling fan provides breeze. Hot water outdoor shower is there to wash out the sold after your enjoyable beach time, or just to refresh from the heat. We made sure that you enjoy your evening meals outside at the generous outdoor table next to the BBQ. Lounge sitting is provided at this area too. Guest access Ground floor area and outside ground floor area (outside dinning area, BBQ, children playground) are only for guests of 2bdr Suite C. Other things to note Villa Maja consists of ground floor 2 bedroom apartment and two 1 bedroom apartments on the first floor. Parking is shared with other apartments. There are 3 parking lots for 3 users. Please be considerate when parking and leave a spot for others. Wi Fi gets slow when island gets bussy. Water supply may be shortly interrupted. Electricity supply may be shortly interrupted. Insects may be present in and around the property. Stray cats may be present around the property.
