Bwthyn canol is a mid terraced stone built property, in the small hamlet of Pentrefelin, just outside Sennybridge. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and a cosy living area with a wood burner, making it perfect space for a relaxing get away. The large, secluded garden provides a haven for birds and wildlife. Just 10 miles from the market town of Brecon, nestled in the Brecon Beacons; South Wales' highest peak Penyfan, is only a short drive away, making it an attractive tourist location. The space The property benefits from parking for 2 cars and boasts a large garden with rear access and an outdoor dining/BBQ area. The recently installed modern bathroom, is a great addition to the property, which also has a fully functioning cottage kitchen, with a washing machine, microwave, conventional oven and other modern appliances. It adjoins the owner's family home, which is very beneficial should any issues arise. 1/2 well behaved dogs can be accommodated. Please ask if you have more than 1 dog. Guest access The whole house is accessible to guests Other things to note A guest welcome pack of bread, milk & butter left for every guest. We accept 1 -2 dogs depending on breed/size. Cleaning fee applies & extra charge for 2nd pet - please message me your requirements. Twin room has a trundle bed stored under the other single, that can be made into a double or 2 x singles in this cosy bedroom
