Unique apartment with lake view

Very quiet, calm and friendly area with beautiful parks and lakes- but very central with shops, supermarkeds, restaurants and cafes. The space Do you want to spend your vacation in the heart of a quite, beautiful and lively part of Copenhagen, just 10 minutes walk from the Centre? Then we offer a 123 m2 apartment with a small balcony and a gorgious view over the Sortedam Søen. Our apartment is from 1938 and still contains lots of the charming details from that time. It has a huge livingroom with a fireplace and a small balcony overlooking the beautiful lake Sortedam Søen. On a sunny morning it's fantastic to enjoy a cop of coffee while watching people biking or doing sports next to the lake. Our apartment is very suitable for families with children. It has a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and plenty of room for your clothing. The two small bedrooms both have 140 cm beds . We also have a baby cud. Our kitchen is small, but has everything that you need for cooking a meal. We also have a dish washer, so you don't need to spend time doing the dishes :-) You can also enjoy your food in the kitchen. The table can be enlarged so 4 people can sit around it. The bathroom furniture are new and also the mixer tap. There is a bathroom with a bathtup, a washing machine and a tumble drier and a small bathroom with a toilet. In the livingroom there is a television, DVD, a radio, cable tv and Netflix. Since we have kids ourselves we have toys for your kids to play with. The neighbourhood has lots of parks, cafées, bars and restaurants and is known as one of the best residential and hip areas of Copenhagen to live in and is well connected with busses and S-trains. Very close to the beach and public swimmingpool. It's possible to park the car just behind the building, you just have to pay pr. hour. You can download the app Easypark, and pay with the app. Saturday from 17pm till Munday morning at 8am there is free parking. It is very easy to reach the apartment from the airport. Just take the metro M2 (direction Vanløse) from the airport and change to the metro M3 at Kongens Nytorv. (direction Østerport) Get off at Trianglen. The journey takes 23 minutes. The metro runs every 5-7 minutes. From the metro station at Trianglen you walk 5 minutes. We are looking forward to meeting you in Copenhagen.
