The space 🛏️ The accommodation: - 1 bedroom (bed 160 cm) with cupboard and wardrobe - 1 mezzanine (bed 160 cm) – ⚠️ steep staircase, not recommended for children <10 years old or elderly - 1 sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room (extra comfort) - Bathroom accessible only by crossing the bedroom - Equipped kitchen: gas, oven, dishwasher (no microwave) - Dining area with large farm table - Wood-burning stove + underfloor heating - Board games available - Fan provided 🌳 Outside - Private covered terrace with guinguette garland - Outdoor cold water shower - Barbecue + plancha - Shared access to the wooded garden (3,500 m²), fenced swimming pool (3 x 7 m), ping-pong, swing 🐾 Animals Pets welcome on request Land generally enclosed, but 20 cm gap under the gate → be careful if your dogs are prone to running away ℹ️ Things to know No Wi-Fi or TV, but good mobile network The atmosphere is friendly, little privacy if the other cottages are occupied ⚠️ Warning Possible presence of insects in summer: ants or earwigs (harmless garden insects) attracted by the coolness Perfect cottage for families, friends or couples who love rustic charm Other things to note We prefer to clarify that you are in the countryside, in case you are not used to it. We cannot guarantee the comfort of a sanitized city hotel, but rather a warm, modern and rustic mix :) Instead of the pollution and graying walls of the city you will find insects, rodents, rabbits and even deer if you are lucky. You will have beautiful sunrises and sunsets (depending on the weather). We are at an altitude of 250 m so the wind is not too present but it can happen that it blows, especially in stormy weather. Sometimes we have a power outage, but it usually recovers instantly. No Wi-Fi, no TV, no microwave. The property and outdoor amenities are shared, including the swimming pool.
