Fully equipped kitchen, great front porch and back patio. Three full bedrooms inside--one with king, one with bunk beds and queen, and another one with queen. Newly built modern tiny house off the back patio with a queen bed and long sofa. Two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Walk to nearby Westside park (pool, tennis, basketball, baseball fields, playground, wooded trails), and enjoy an easy drive to restaurants, UF campus, Publix, and more. Driveway and street parking. 20 minute drive to GNV airport, 10 minute drive to Oaks Mall, 10 minute drive to Shands and VA hospitals. Expect a tranquil resting place in one of Gainesville's best neighborhoods. To get to 12 people, you will need to also use the queen-sized bean bag floor mattress in the guest bedroom (or have two people sleep on couches.)
