Rental unit in Lenoir City

A quaint property on an idyllic, serene country farm with 41 acres of open land, walking paths, and lake that flows from the Tennessee river. Just 20 minutes from Knoxville, 2 hour to Smoky Mountains or Dollywood, and 2 hours to Chattanooga or Nashville. Enjoy a spacious and comfortable stay with farm amenities such as fishing on our various docks around the lake, shooting on our basketball court, watching the sunset with a fire pit, or grilling dinner outside. The space Newly remodeled with high speed internet and Roku TV, with a fully stocked kitchen with a Brita water filter, coffee pot with ground coffee, tea bags, and also simple pots, pans, and dishes for your stay, with convenient washer and dryer. Since it's inside of the farm, there might be animal poop in public areas! This unit is a duplex with another unit so you may be sharing 1 wall with another unit. We rarely have any issues with noise or anything from our guests but please be courteous if there is another guest in the other unit. Guest access We invite you to walk around and explore the farm and various types of birds from free-range chickens to quails. Take an evening stroll along our lit path around the lake and spot fireflies in the summer nights, or sit and relax next to the firepit with provided firewood in the winter. Fish in our lake are available by your own rod. Other things to note Unfortunately, we do not allow you to bring any animals (including service animals) due to cleaning issues. We ask for your understanding. There are some steps leading up to the guesthouse but no stairs inside. There will be a waiver to sign to cover for any accidental animal injuries. The washer and dryer is in a separate building. It's not an in-unit washer and dryer. In terms of payment, we just have an honor system, please pay coins if you use the washer and dryer as you see fit. You may have to bring your own detergent, dryer sheets. This is a personal/private farm, not a commercial one with petting animals, etc, just to set expectations about "animal experiences". Keeping up with the farm with a full time job is not easy so we ask for your understanding as we work to continue to improve areas on our farm. NOTICE FOR BOAT OWNERS: You are welcome to park your boat, but we do not have any amenities for boats - like charging stations or hosing/water to wash off your boat or a dock, as we are not a boating/yacht facility. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a boat ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. There is no extra charge for parking the boat at this time.
