The house includes- One king size bed in the master bedroom with a great body mirror, The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the additional two bedrooms both have queen size beds. Living room has two couches ( which can sleep one person each) and a love seat which makes for great entertaining! Enjoy the bonus room ( 5th room) and either watch a movie on the projector screen, or play a game of pool with your private pool table. Relax in the pool/ hot tub and enjoy all the sunshine that Scottsdale has to offer! Guest access Guest will have access to the entire home. Including the driveway, backyard with pool access and free hot tub use! The theater/ bonus room, kitchen, living room, dining room, all bedrooms/ bathrooms & all parts of the home! Other things to note Backyard comes equipped with pool floaties, lounge chairs, and much more. NO DIVING is allowed in the pool and no glass is allowed in the pool either***. Pets allowed at flat rate of $100 per pet. Please pick up after your pets! If any remainder droppings are left there will be fees issued upon cleaning as needed.*** Absolutely no illegal streaming through the WIFI while staying at the house.*** All children under the age of 16 need to be supervised in the backyard or water at all times, no matter what their swimming skills. All guests are acknowledging that they will not leave any children unattended in the backyard or on the property.*** The maximum occupancy for this property is not to exceed a family size of six adults and their related dependent children.
