Guest suite in Atlanta

Hey and thanks for looking at my place! This is one of 3 basement units at my home. I live upstairs. The house is very close to Ponce City Market and the Belt Line. The space This is a full one bedroom attached apartment with a private entry as well as a private deck that over looks the back yard. It has a full size washer dryer as well so it’s great for families and longer stays. You are walking distance or a scooter ride to a many great neighborhood restaurants. Guest access This is its own unit. You will have a private entrance. You have complete access to the huge back yard but it will be shared with others. This unit comes with a huge balcony that over looks the back yard. Other things to note I live upstairs and there is a unit below and beside. So there is potential for some noice but nothing too loud. I just like to let everyone know :)
