Read all descriptions and rules before booking. 🆔 Submission: All guests must submit a valid ID three days before check-in. 📍Location: Kasara Urban Resort Residences, Pasig City (Tower 1 on Waze/GMaps). 🛍️ Mall: Near SM PASIG/TIENDESITAS/OPUS MALL/BRIDGETOWNE 🛒 Convenient Store: Walking distance to Lawson 🏠 Accommodation: Private 22.5 sqm studio unit on the 22nd floor, skyline and amenities view. ⏰ Allows early/late check-out subject to availability and minimal fee. 🛏️ Bed: Queen-sized bed with sanitized sheets and a sofa bed. 🛀 Bathroom: Shower (hot/cold water), toilet with bidet. Towels and some toiletries provided. 👩‍🍳 Kitchen: Equipped with appliances and cooking wares, and basic condiments, including water purifier 🍽️ Dining: Table for two. 🛜 Internet: Main internet is Sky and back up prepaid (PLDT) 📺 TV 50” Smart-TV with Netflix and Premium Youtube Account. (USE GUEST/KASARA ACCOUNT) 🎮 Entertainment: Indoor board games and karaoke provided 🐾 Pets: One small breed only (as imposed by property admin); needs picture in sitting position and a copy of updated vaccination records (anti rabies and no tick/flea) are required. Additional pet is subject for approval. 🅿️ Parking: Car (NO MOTORCYCLE) pay parking off premises (open parking at red gate in front of the condo; open from 400 am to 10:00 pm daily) are available on a first come, first served basis. Limited slots only. Parking rates are as follows: Php 50/4hrs Php 150 8PM to 4AM Php 200-300 overnight *Please note that you can confirm this to the care taker of the land. Let them know your exit time and pay it upon exit. Other pay parking near the area is Arcovia and Tiendesitas. ‼️ No visitors allowed. ‼️ NO LAST MINUTE REBOOKING. In line with our moderate cancellation policy, we do not allow rebooking less than 5 days before your stay. Guest access 🏊‍♀️ The pool is located on the ground floor, adjacent to the basketball court. Open from Tuesday to Sunday, 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM). Usage is restricted to 3 hours, and a request must be submitted to Admin at least 3 days in advance, subject to payment of Php 150/head. Please inform us if you plan to use the pool, as Admin endorsement is required. 🏀 Play basketball in Court. 2PM to 6PM for FREE and no reservation needed (first come first served basis, everyone in the condo can use the court during this time) ‼️8AM to 2PM and 6PM to 8PM - Need reservation with a 500/hr rate. A ball and pump is available for use tucked in our cabinet. Please inform us in advance if you are planning to use so I can book a reservation with Admin. This is subject to availability. 🌳 Hanging garden located at 4th floor can be accessed for picnic, walking your pet, and for jogging too. Other things to note • The place is not a serviced apartment nor a hotel. We will provide basic necessities but won't be able to change linens for you during your stay. We will make sure everything is clean and in order before you check in. • For Sunday bookings, please reserve by Friday/Saturday for visitor’s pass processing; Admin’s office operates from 8:00 - 11:00 AM only on Saturdays. NO OFFICE on Sundays. • Ongoing construction on the premises. • One SMALL pet is allowed provided that vaccination is updated and no ticks or fleas. Medium-sized and additional pet is subject for admin approval. • Body wash and shampoo are provided; no toothbrush/toothpaste to reduce waste. • Bath towels are provided; avoid stains and don’t use on pets. • Any loss or stains have a P1,500 penalty/item. • Keep the room clean; dispose trash daily in building garbage area. • Prenup shoots are welcome. 💒 HOUSE RULES: 1. Keep the room clean and organized. 2. Please avoid rearranging furniture and eating on the bed. 3. Lock the unit when you leave to ensure security. 4. Feel free to use the kitchen, but clean up after yourself, including dishes and cooking items. 5. When cooking, use the range hood to prevent smoke alarms from activating. (WITH PENALTY if not complied) 6. Help the environment by sorting your trash and disposing it in the lobby's garbage bin before bedtime. 7. No smoking inside the room or bathroom; fines from the building admin may apply. 8. Keep noise levels down during quiet hours (09:00 PM - 08:00 AM) to respect other guest/residents. 9. Turn off appliances when not in use, especially before leaving. 10. Pets are welcome but keep them off the furniture, and carry them when in common areas such as elevators or parking areas. 11. Please dispose of all trash when checking out as we do not charge cleaning fee.
